The Symphony Designer Cakes story follows the passion of Ms. Melody, back in 2014, Ms. Melody had a revelation – she discovered the beautiful marriage of craft and cakes. Although she initially followed the path of Accounting, having graduated from England, her true calling was found in a more creative artform. Following her professional career as a Chartered Accountant, she enrolled in cookery and patisserie classes in England and the U.S.A. 

 

Launching The Symphony Designer Cakes gives Ms. Melody the opportunity to bring her artistic vision to life. She often meets clients ranging from local to international, creating customized couture cakes for their most important events. 

As a couture cake fanatic, her compulsion to create these delectable art pieces is impelled by pure love of baking and hand-crafting. It’s this focus and passion that drives her immaculate attention, devotion and commitment to giving her clients only the best couture cakes.
